Casa La Ginestra e il Mare is located in Le Forna, a peaceful hamlet just a few kilometres from the bustling port. With its infinite shades of blue, wild sandy beaches, unforgettable sunsets, and lush nature trails, Le Forna captures the island’s authentic spirit. The highlight? The breathtaking, scenic view over its "sister island," Palmarola.
The property features two independent ground-floor apartments, side by side, which we have named Ponza and Palmarola. An ideal solution especially for a stay with a couple of friends.
Guests have full access to the large front terrace: a welcoming relaxation area equipped with outdoor lounges and sunbeds. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, chat, or enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner while soaking in the stunning sea view. An experience that stays with you!
The house is perfectly positioned near the bus stop in an area rich with local services:
- supermarkets and shops
- bars and restaurants
- boat and scooter rentals
- post office, pharmacy and church.
In keeping with the classic architecture of Ponza, a few steps separate the house from the street level, ensuring both privacy and a quiet atmosphere for your stay.
The entrance to the property is shared, but the outdoor spaces are spacious enough to guarantee everyone’s comfort and intimacy.
