The starting point for discovering the wonders of the yellow and green island
Casa La Ginestra e il Mare is located in contrada Sandolo, in Le Forna, the quiet hamlet a few kilometers from the lively port: the thousand blue shades of its sea, its sandy beaches (Cala Feola) and wild ones (Cala dell’Acqua, la Caletta and the Natural Pools), its unforgettable sunsets, its green walks, but above all the scenic view of the “sister” island of Palmarola make Le Forna the place to experience the most authentic Ponza.
The house consists of two independent apartments, side by side, both on the ground floor: we have named them Ponza and Palmarola. An ideal solution especially for a stay with a couple of friends.
At guests' disposal, the large terrace in front: a welcoming relaxation area with sofas and sun loungers where you can relax, chat or have breakfast, an aperitif, and dinner while enjoying the beautiful sea view. An exciting experience!
The house is close to the bus stop, in an area rich in services: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, rentals, post office, pharmacy, and church.
As with the vast majority of typical Ponza houses, a few steps separate it from street level, ensuring privacy and acoustic comfort.
In the same complex, there are other holiday apartments for rent, owned by someone else: an opportunity for larger groups.
Access to the property is shared with other guests. The outdoor spaces are large and promote everyone's privacy.
